Returning or Exchanging Items 

We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund.  You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return items by mail.

 

To Return Items by Mail 

Identify items and create mailing label 

To begin your return, use our returns portal to create and print a label.

Prepare your package 

  1. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your packing slip (generated via the returns portal).
  2. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

Ship it

Follow the instructions included in the returns portal as shipping instructions may vary based on where you are located.

 

What happens next? 

You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.  The cost of shipping your return will be deducted from the total refund. We refund the remaining cost of the return as soon as it is processed

If the color or fit weren’t quite right and you’d like to get a similar item, return the unwanted item(s) and make any new purchases as a separate order. 

NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Returns must be made by mail using the returns portal . Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges. 

 

FAQs 

Return and Exchange Policies at a Glance 

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged? 
Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items which are damaged or defective when they are delivered may be returned by contacting this Help Center.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item? 
Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery date. 

How can I receive a refund for my order? 
To start the refund process, you’ll only need the order number and email address used to place the order. You’ll also need to create a label through the returns portal to mail and complete your return. 

Can items be returned in a Gap, Banana Repulbic, Old Navy, or Athleta store? 
No. All items purchased online must be returned by mail using the online returns portal. 

Are there limitations on returning specific merchandise? 
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

I am interested in purchasing an item that is marked as “Final Sale” on the website, or I have just purchased an item that is marked as “Final Sale.” What does that mean? 
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 
Extended holiday returns policy 
Items purchased between Nov 1 and Dec 24 may be returned through Jan 15 the following year, or 30 days from delivery date . Online items returned by mail must be received at our facility by Jan 15 of the following year, or 30 days from delivery date, whichever is later. Please allow 5–7 days for return mail. Proof of purchase is required. 

Notes 

  1. Items can only be returned by mail using the returns portal. 
  2. Swimwear must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
  3. New sunglasses may be returned within 30 days of delivery date if accompanied by the original receipt and complimentary case, with tags attached. Defective sunglasses can be returned at any time. 
  4. Masks are final sale and are not eligible for returns and exchanges. 

 

Refunds and Credits 

All refunds are made in the form of original payment. 

For exchanges, the item is returned first, then a second transaction is the purchase that completes your exchange. Shipping charges for the purchases will be paid upon purchase. Shipping charges for a return will be taken out of the refund. Contact customer service If an item is delivered damaged or otherwise incorrect for a refund of shipping expenses.

A credit card  Refund your purchase amount to that same card. 
A promotional code or discount  Exchange the item for the same style in another size or color. (If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount can't be transferred.) 
PayPal or Apple Pay  Refund your purchase to the PayPal or Apple Pay account you paid with (applies to returns made in store and by mail). 
Afterpay  How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments by Afterpay?  If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets Our Return Policies.  Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase directly to Afterpay. 
Notes  Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item being returned. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
