• In-Conversion Cotton: Banana Republic has made a commitment to source in-conversion and organic cotton from a co-op of 1,500 farmers in India's Madhya Pradesh. As part of this initiative, we are working with Arvind Limited to fund the training of farmers in converting to organic practices—a process that can take up to 36 months.
